The company runs under the keen guidance of its Managing Director Md. Maksud-Ul-Alam Chowdhury, MBA(IBA). He has a long track of experience of 25 years in the arena of real estate sector. In his last flash back he served as a, “Head of Sales & Marketing” in some aesthetical and pioneer real estate companies of Bangladesh such as “Bay Developments Ltd, BTI(Buildings Technology and Ideas Ltd.). The MD started his schooling from Rangpur Cadet College. He obtained his last academic degree from IBA, University of Dhaka.
Md. Mamun-Or-Rashid
Executive Director
The Executive Director started his career in the arena of real estate sector both home and abroad. During his tenure, several times he was awarded by his companies and some other financial organizations. He is a man of leadership skill, perception and pleasant orientation. Before joining “Foresight Developments Ltd.” he was engaged in KOREA based world famous construction company “SAMWHAN CORPORTATION” as a “Chief Manager Accounts” in SAUDI ARABIA. He obtained his last degree from Jagannath University.
Mahmud Sharif

Mahmud Sharif is the director of HRD Department. He forecasts all our labor needs and their effects on our business subject to product sales, office growth, attrition and other factors that affect a company’s need for labor. He has a long years of field level experience in the field of construction such as air ports, roads, bridges, flyovers, buildings. Worked at SIMPLE INFRASTRUCTURES (India) Ltd. at Mumbai, India & Bangladesh. Following projects: 1. World One Project (Mumbai). 2. Hanif Mohammad Flyover (Dhaka, Bangladesh), Moghbazar Flyover (Dhaka, Bangladesh).
